The Uganda Land Commission has announced the availability of funds for the acquisition of two Double Cabin Pickup Motor Vehicles and has invited sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply.
According to the notice, the procurement process will be conducted under the open domestic bidding method in line with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205, and its accompanying regulations. The bidding process is open to all eligible bidders.
Interested bidders may inspect the bidding documents at the Uganda Land Commission, Port Bell, Nakawa Business Park, Block B, Level 4, Procurement and Disposal Unit, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bidding documents can be obtained upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000, payable through the URA collection account using a bank advice form available from the URA website.

Bids must be submitted to the same address not later than 11:00 a.m. on 13th April, 2026. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 4,000,000, valid until 17th September, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The bids will be opened on 13th April, 2026 at 11:15 a.m. in the presence of bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend.
The procurement schedule indicates that the bid notice was published on 12th March, 2026, with evaluation expected to take place between 13th April and 17th April, 2026. The notice of the best evaluated bidder is expected to be displayed and communicated on 21st April, 2026, while contract signing is scheduled for 11th May, 2026.
